WELCOME RECEPTION

Monday 2 June at 6:30pm
Join us for drinks and canapes as we welcome you to SubOptic 2025 and Lisbon. The reception will take place at  SUD Lisboa at 6.30pm on Monday 2 June 2025 - just a 10 minute walk from the Lisbon Congress Centre (CCL).

POSTER SESSIONS AND DRINKS NETWORKING RECEPTION 

Tuesday 3 June at 4.30pm 
Over 100 posters and poster authors will be open presenting their posters at 4.30pm on Tuesday 2 June. Drinks will be served at both sessions.

GALA SOIREE 

Wednesday 3 June at 7.00pm 
The SubOptic 2025 Gala Soiree will take place at The Patio de Gale, Lisbon. The entrance can be found on the stunning main square: Praça do Comércio. When you arrive, you will be welcomed by local entertainment, delicious dining and relaxed networking.

The dress code for the Gala Soiree is cocktail attire.
