Andrea D’Amico received the Ph.D. degree in electric, electronic and communication engineering with the Politecnico di Torino in 2023. He joined NEC Laboratories America in 2023. His current research activity includes the optical transmission and networking. Since early 2024, he is co-chair of the Physical Simulation Environment Group in the Telecom Infra Project.
