Welcome to Zhongtian Technology Submarine Cable (ZTT) 

ZTT was the first high-tech submarine cable manufacturer in China to enter the European market in 2017, delivering high-quality cables with unmatched expertise. This milestone has cemented our reputation, addressing diverse engineering needs from renewable energy to complex oil and gas operations. 

Our state-of-the-art factories near industrial hubs such as Nantong, Shanwei, Dafeng, and Rushan are equipped with the latest technology and overseen by top R&D professionals. These facilities enable us to deliver high-quality products, ensuring that every stage, from raw materials to finished products, meets the highest standards. We also operate factories in Morocco, Turkey, India, Indonesia, and Brazil, along with international subsidiaries to support submarine cable projects, tendering, project management, and operation and maintenance. 

We offer comprehensive cable and accessory solutions designed to thrive in the toughest marine environments, ensuring seamless, efficient, and reliable operations. Using internationally approved raw materials, our critical end-products are processed and managed within a robust supply chain, guaranteeing superior quality, consistency, and on-time delivery. We design bespoke cable systems, including AC to DC solutions up to 500 kV and ± 525 kV for inland and offshore applications. Our products meet the latest IEC standards, with independent type test reports and stringent pre-qualification test reports. 

Our Engineering, Procurement, Installation, and Commissioning (EPIC) capabilities are second to none. Our fleet includes four state-of-the-art Cable Lay Barges (CLBs), two foundation piling vessels, three Wind Turbine Installation Vessels (WTIVs), and a cable transportation vessel under construction. WTIV Zhongtian 31 and crane vessel Zhongtian 39, with their remarkable mobility and bespoke mechanical features, are ready to tackle any task. These assets, combined with our strategic installation partnerships worldwide, enable us to execute complex projects. 

We proudly hold the prestigious National Quality Award from China, reflecting our unwavering commitment to excellence. ZTT is dedicated to environmental sustainability and social responsibility. In 2023, we achieved a B score in the CDP climate change assessment, surpassing the global average of C. We adhere to stringent Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles to ensure sustainable and ethical practices that positively impact the environment and society.
